先日、あなたから送ってもらった代替のバッテリーですが、2日〜3日もしない内に使えなくなりました。
あなたが扱っている商品はとても売れているようですが、購入者からはすぐにバッテリーが使えなくなったとの問い合わせは無いですか？
私もお客さんから聞いた事なので、それを信じる他無いのですが、先日購入した商品のバッテリーも不良品あれば、困ります。
それで、バッテリーを新たに購入したいのですが、3個でいくらになるか教えて頂けませんか？出来るだけ安いほうが助かります。

This is about the replacement battery that I had you send me the a while back. I haven't been able to use it since the 2nd or 3rd.
It seems like the items you handle sell very well but have you gotten no complaints from your buyers that the battery dies quickly?
I have also heard this from customers so I can't help but believe it but it will cause me some trouble if the batteries for the items I bought the other day are bad.
So I would like to re-buy the batteries but could you tell me how much it would cost for 3 of them? It would help me out so much if you could perhaps make the price as low as possible for me.
