先日、あなたから送ってもらった代替のバッテリーですが、2日〜3日もしない内に使えなくなりました。
あなたが扱っている商品はとても売れているようですが、購入者からはすぐにバッテリーが使えなくなったとの問い合わせは無いですか？
私もお客さんから聞いた事なので、それを信じる他無いのですが、先日購入した商品のバッテリーも不良品あれば、困ります。
それで、バッテリーを新たに購入したいのですが、3個でいくらになるか教えて頂けませんか？出来るだけ安いほうが助かります。

The replacement battery that I received from you the other day did not even reach 2-3 days and is no longer usable.
The products that you are selling are widely being purchased but have you ever encounter an inquiry immediately from the buyer regarding not being able to use the battery?
This was also the question that I had received from the customer and I believe that there are no other cases. But if there is a defect on the battery of the product that was purchased the other day, then I would be in trouble.
With this, I want to buy new batteries so how much would 3 costs? I would appreciate it if you can provide the cheaper one.
