Just one thing; 「誠にありがとうございます」は、普通の表現であり、Thank you very much　で充分だと思うのです。sincerely thank you ってほど感謝してない気がします。

実に的確なご指摘に、勉強になるなあ、と全部読みました。

で、思うのですが、You said "leave out any pronoun as there is none in the original text". However, if you say so, you cannot say even "you" or "I" in any sentences. 日本語には主語になる代名詞がないのが普通です。So, we, Japanese translators, always think out and put in some pronouns to compose English sentences, and that's what they teach you to do throughout all English educations here.

「検討してください」をThank you for your consideration と書いてあったものがありましたよね？これは間違いですか？日本人からしても、この英語は「あなたは検討してくれた。そのことに対してありがとう」という意味に見えます。しかし、外国から来る英文に、Thank you for your help. と書いてあって、that "help" has not been given yet, but is hoped to be given なのを我々はたくさん見てきています。ほとんど、いつも、といえます。
初めは　that's weird と思うのですが、あまりにも普通にみんながこう書いてくるので、「英語ではこう言うんだな」と我々は「学習」してしまっているのです。今回、初めてこれを「違う」とおっしゃるのを目にしたので、「やっぱり、違ってたの？」と、またわからなくなり、どうしてもお話したくなりました。どうなんでしょうか？
