Please follow the following steps when returning your merchandise:

- All returned items must be accompanied with completed and signed RMA paperwork.

- Place the original package into a shipping carton.

- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.

- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

- The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.

- Please use a reliable shipping carrier, such as UPS, or FEDEX. The customer is responsible for all freight charges for items returned back to Jomashop.

- This RMA number is valid for ten (10) days from 05/16/11.

商品を返品する際は、下記の手順に従ってください。

-全ての返品商品は必要事項を記入し署名した返品補償の書類と共に返送されなければなりません。

-オリジナルの梱包材を、返送時の箱の中に同梱して下さい。

-請求書と返品の理由を一緒に入れてください。欠陥商品の場合、欠陥箇所を記してください。

-元の、製造の段階で使用されたパッケージにはステッカーや送り状を貼らないで下さい。

-受取り拒否を防ぐため、返品番号をはっきりと返送商品の箱に記してください。

-UPSやFedexのような、信頼できる運送業者を利用してください。Jomashopに返送された商品の配送料は全てお客様負担となります。

-この返品番号は2011年5月16日より10日間有効です。
