お支払いが遅くなり申し訳ありません。

今回もPaypalよりお支払いしようとしましたところ、日本から海外に支払う際、ごくたまにPaypalのセキュリティの関係で一時的に支払いができなくなってしまうことがあるそうです。

Paypalに問い合わせたところ、Paypalでもセキュリティの解除ができなとのことでした。
解決方法としまして、下記の方法があるそうです。

－時間をおく(2～3時間または3～4日)

－違うクレジットカードを登録する。

Also this time when I tried paying via Paypal, I was informed that on rare occasions payment from Japan to other country is blocked temporarily due to PayPal security.

I asked PayPal and found out that even PayPal cannot unlock the security.
Below are the solutions.

-Pay later (after 2 to 3 hours or 3 or 4 days)

-Register another credit card.
