I'm ready to pay for the item that I won.
It says that You ship Worldwide, but when I'm starting to pay ebay can't take money and write that You can't ship the item to Lithuania.
In that fact I wrote to You, but You opened a case. Maybe You didn't get my message about problem.
Let's fix this problem that appeared not from my side.
Or I will be ought to open forward case that You don't follow shipment rules that You mentioned.
Hope we will decide this problem together.

落札した商品の支払い準備が整いました。
世界中どこへでも発送できるということですが、支払いをしようとしたところ、eBayに入金できず、貴店はリトアニアへは発送できないと書いてありました。
わたしは貴店にその旨を書きましたが、貴店は問題を提出されました。おそらくこの問題に関する私のメッセージを受け取られなかったのだと思います。
こちら側の問題ではないように思われる問題を解決いたしましょう。
さもなければ、貴店が説明通りの発送ルールに従っていないと私の方からこの問題を提出しなければならなくなります。
