A new item tag? I really dont know what that is and I do not recall haven't said it has a new item tag, but I'll check my past emails to be sure.
I meant they were like new in that there wasn't any damage to the bag and I mentioned there were scuffs from being moved around.
Did you have the bag shipped to Japan?
