ですが、大変申し訳ないのですが、
ペイパルの XXX@XX.XX.XX のアカウントに返金をお願いします。
私は、日本に住んでいて、発送していただいた住所は、
転送会社の住所なのです。
転送会社から日本に送ってもらう予定でしたが、法律の規制によって
日本まで輸送ができないのです。
大変申し訳ないですが、よろしくお願いします。

I live in Japan and the shipping address is the adress of a forwarding agent.
The goods would be sent to Japan by the forwarding agent, but it can not be transported to Japan due to the legal restriction.
