ですが、大変申し訳ないのですが、
ペイパルの XXX@XX.XX.XX のアカウントに返金をお願いします。
私は、日本に住んでいて、発送していただいた住所は、
転送会社の住所なのです。
転送会社から日本に送ってもらう予定でしたが、法律の規制によって
日本まで輸送ができないのです。
大変申し訳ないですが、よろしくお願いします。

I am living in Japan , and the shipping address was the address of the transport company.
I had the transport company sent it to Japan , but due to legal policies , it is not possible to ship to Japan.
