またこの万年筆は間違いなく新品でしょうか？

I am very interested in this fountain pen and am thinking about purchasing it.
If I can get it soon I want to buy it.
If I would pay tomorrow via paypal, what would be the shortest time I can expect to receive the pen in?
Also, this fountainpen is definetly brandnew right?
