I am interested in purchasing the Crest whitestrips Level 4 and 5 (professional and intensive).
Shipping will be in lots. Each lot has 4--5 boxes. Weight shouldnt exceed 1 lb./lot.
What is the quantity that you can provide me with? I am looking at 30-40 boxes each month. What will be the shipping rates to the US, UAE respectively?
