出荷時刻については日本の郵便局に聞いたところ、戻されたときの配送日もしくは配送された日付が書かれてます。
どちらも日本時間のため出荷された時間とは違います。
そのため配送された商品に間違いはありません。

When I asked Japan post office regarding the delivery date, the date was written on returned day or delivery day.
Due to Japan time, both are delivered on different time.
