In this instance, your Buyer is the only party with the facility to remove the rating and we would recommend contacting the Buyer directly in order to work to resolve any open issues. Your Buyer could then remove the feedback
if they so choose. Please bear in mind that keeping open lines of communication with your Buyer can help to resolve any issues with transactions as well as creating a friendly, long-lasting customer relationship.

Please keep in mind that A. will not contact customers on a Seller's behalf. This is a customer service responsibility accepted by Sellers in accordance with the A Marketplace Participation Agreement.
