We are a Japanese reseller of your products. We bought "A" at Amazon.com and sold it to a client in Japan. And unfortunately we got a claim from the client that it got broken only by 5 months' use. We have two things we would like to ask you; In this case can we get your after-sales service? If so, what information should we send you?
