I thought you knew me. but but.... let me tell you. dear, this is your old friend "Ken", i didn't work for " neugoal company " anymore. in your letter and you said the currently person in charge and do you refer me ?? dear. if yes and i highly appreciated you still remember me and miss me, even trust me..
because ever frequency of clients complained the bad quality especial on the slim and the IPL machine. I feel very upset and that's why i resigned from them and because motions down there and cann't bear.

だって、品質の悪さに苦情を入れるクライアントが頻繁にいるからさ、特にスリムとIPL機についてはね。僕はとても苛立ちを覚えて辞職した、動きが鈍すぎて耐えられなかったからね。
