ご注文頂いておりますお品物ですが、受取人不在の為、そちらのお国の郵便局で長期保管されていたようです。

その後、弊社に返品されてきております。

現在、商品の状態を確認しておりますが、箱に痛みが御座います。

再度、商品を交換し2～3日中に送らせていただく予定で御座います。
（在庫がない場合は返金いたします）
