初期不良はこれで4度目です。初期不良の割合が多すぎます
出荷前によりいっそう厳重な検品をお願いします。
不良品の場合送料を御社に払ってもらっていますが
検品が確実であれば無駄な出費もなくなると思います
今後もよきパートナーとして商品を売っていこうと考えています

A customer of mine claims that the joint of the head is damaged.
Please refer to the attached photograph.
Please send a replacement head to the following address of the claiming customer.
It is the smallest head for making it around the eyes.
Be sure to inform us of the tracking number of the shipment.

This is the fourth time of the out of the box failure. It occurs too often. We would like you to carry out more accurate inspection before the shipment. Your company are paying the postage in the case of such failures, but I think accurate inspection would reduce such unproductive expenditure.
We would like to continue a good partnership with you and sell your products well.
