As your case,what do you think we resend the goods to you ,will you pay second if you receive the goods twice ?
I am sorry for the long shipping time ,I wish I can make the goods on your hands right now ,But I can't ,both custom and post is not under our control

さて、本件ですが、当方が品物を再度送付し、あなた様が２回受け取った上で、２回目の輸送量を負担頂くということでいかがでしょうか？
輸送に時間がかかり申し訳ありません。今すぐお届けできれば良いのですが、税関と郵便配達の方は当方でどうすることもできません。
