example: 15 (weeks remaining) X 7 = 105 days
105 16 = 6.57 (rounded down to whole number) = use each lesson for 6 days

Can I start using BabyPlus® before the 18th week of pregnancy?
We recommend lesson one be started during week 18 at the earliest.
