All of our parcels are insured, so please you have to go to your responsible post office with the complete parcel, outer box, packaging material (styrofoam chips). Your post office has to write the minutes of the damage of the cases and that the parcel was packed well. Than the insurance will pay for the defect. As soon as we got this information from the Post insurance we can try to order a new box.

弊社の小包はすべて保険付きですので、管轄の郵便局に外箱と梱包材（発泡スチロールチップ）を含む小包全てをお持ちになる必要があります。郵便局の方でケースのダメージの詳細と小包がしっかり梱包されていたかどうかを記載する必要があります。郵便局の保険課からこの情報を受け取り次第、新しい箱を注文するようにいたします。
