All of our parcels are insured, so please you have to go to your responsible post office with the complete parcel, outer box, packaging material (styrofoam chips). Your post office has to write the minutes of the damage of the cases and that the parcel was packed well. Than the insurance will pay for the defect. As soon as we got this information from the Post insurance we can try to order a new box.

全ての荷物は補償つきです。ですから、商品全部、外箱、こん包材（発泡スチロールチップ）と共に原因となった郵便局に行ってください。郵便局にてケースの損傷状況、丁寧にこん包されていた旨を議事録にしてもらってください。その後、損害に対し保証金が支払われます。郵便小包保険から情報を受理したのち、新しいボックスを注文させていただきます。
