This is a good translation that is clear and easy to understand. However, one thing that I would point out is that this translator should be careful with keeping the subject the same. Since it's a business, "we" is a good term to use for the subject. However, in the sentence "we run an online shop and I intend to purchase many more of your "oo" in the future" it's a little jarring for the plural subject "we" to briefly become the singular "I" and so it would have been better for it to remain as "we."
