I do not think this is a very good translation. The English is difficult to understand because it's very unnatural sounding and the sentence order is very jumbled up. There are many misspellings in this translation and it reads more like the translation translated the Japanese literally word-for-word rather than translating the meaning and intention of the entire sentence after having read it all together.
