私は木曜日の夜に発送の依頼をしました。
なぜ金曜日に発送されなかったのでしょうか。
今まで長い間、御社を利用していますが、前日に発送を依頼して、翌日発送されなかったことは一度もありませんでした。
1日あったのに発送されなかった理由を教えて下さい。
私は非常に困っています。
今回発送する際は、必ず同じ便で発送をして下さい。
荷物が二つに分かれると、さらに弊社への到着が送れます。
くれぐれもよろしくお願いします。
翌日に発送されなかった理由も必ず連絡して下さい。
I requested dispatch on Thursday night.
Why wasn't it shipped on Friday?
We have used your company for a long time.
However, We have never experienced that the goods don't arrive on the following day although I requested the dispatch on the privious day.
Please tell us why they was not shipped although there was a one-day period.
I am in trouble very much.
When you ship this time, please ship by the certainly same service.
If a load is divided into two, the arrival to our company can be over due increasingly.
