ご注文いただいた商品の状況について確認しました。こちらは既に発送済みとなっております。ただし、日本の倉庫に在庫が無かったため急遽オーストラリアから調達し、発送させていただいております。その際、追跡番号を付けるのを忘れてしまいました。ご迷惑おかけし申し訳ありません。商品到着が遅いなど、ご不満がありましたらご連絡ください。送料もしくは商品代金の一部を返金させていただきます。このたびはご迷惑おかけし申し訳ありませんでした。

I checked the status of the item you ordered. This has been already sent out. However, since there was no stock at the warehouse in Japan, it was hurriedly procured from Australia and sent to you. I forgot to obtain a tracking number then. I apologize the inconvenience caused, If you are dissatisfied with the late delivery etc, please let me know. I will make refund for the shipping cost or partial refund for the amount of the item. Sorry for the inconvenience caused this time.
