ご注文いただいた商品の状況について確認しました。こちらは既に発送済みとなっております。ただし、日本の倉庫に在庫が無かったため急遽オーストラリアから調達し、発送させていただいております。その際、追跡番号を付けるのを忘れてしまいました。ご迷惑おかけし申し訳ありません。商品到着が遅いなど、ご不満がありましたらご連絡ください。送料もしくは商品代金の一部を返金させていただきます。このたびはご迷惑おかけし申し訳ありませんでした。
When checking your order, they have been dispatched. What happened is your order have been dispatched from Australia since we didn't have them in our warehouse here in Japan. However, we forgot to put a tracking number on them. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.
