ドイツの特徴は真面目で髪型がオールバックなところです。また、他の国のキャラクターに比べて体がしっかりしているところです。
ドイツの魅力は固そうな顔をしていながら、実は優しくて面倒見が良いところです！毎度毎度マイペースのイタリアに振り回されており、文句を言いながらもいつもイタリアのことを見捨てずにしっかりと面倒を見ているところが愛おしいです。
ヘタリアのアニメの27話にある「ドイツの軍部日誌」の話はお勧めです！ドイツがどれだけイタリアのことを気にかけているかわかります。

Germany has the trait of being serious, and the hairdo is swept back hair. Also, as compared to other countries, their bodies are firm.
While Germany's charm comes from their tough looking faces, they're actually very kind and helpful. Being abused time and again by Italy who does things at its own pace, even while complaining, they don't abandon Italy and firmly look after them. This part of theirs is very sweet.
I recommend the story of "Germany's Military Journal" in the 27th episode of the anime Hetalia. You'll understand how much Germany is concerned about Italy.
