Hi, just a quick review:
From this short Japanese texts, we can only understand that the client is ordering the number of one product.
So, I guess, "追加の注文です。" cannot be translated as "more products for ordering."
If s/he refers to several kinds of product in the texts, then it's possible to write in that way though.
