in boxを見る限り、トラッキングナンバーが違うので売り手が数を分けて送っているようです。
私は一つのパッケージに13個入れて送ってくると思っていました。
その別々に届いている荷物の合計は、現在、合計9個しかありません。4個足りていないのです。
私は売り手に4個足りていないとメールしましたが、売り手は写真を送って欲しいとのことでした。
ですので、in boxの中の++と---と///の中身を、それぞれ中の個数がはっきり見えるように写真を撮って送ってください。

As long as I can see in box, tracking numbers are different, so the seller divided and sent them separately. I thought 13 pieces were all coming in one package.
Total number of the items separately arrived is 9 pieces. Still 4 pieces remain undelivered.
I sent an email to the seller to inform about 4 missing pieces, but the seller asked me to send pictures.
Therefore, please take photos of ++, --- and /// in box clearly showing the number of each item.
