私は、あなたが仰るように、充電器に合うアダプタを調べてみましたが、私の力では見つかりませんでした。

もしくは、売っているところを教えてもらえばとても助かります。

As you said, I tried to find adapter that can be used for the charger, but with I could not find any.
If you don't mind, will you let me know the one you were using?
Or, it'll help me a lot if you know the place where I can buy it.
You mentioned travel shop, but do they sell one that can fit in Leica charger?
