先日お伺いしたCapture Oneという添付ソフトの件ですが、一度インストールされ、アクティベートされているようです。
エラーメッセージは
「The provided email does not match the email in your Phese One
customer profile.」
というものです。
ですので、今一度、下記の要領で、アクティベーションを解除して下さい。
１）www.phaseone.com にアクセスし、ページ上段の「ログイン」をクリック

In regard to the attachment software called Capture One which I asked you about the other day, seems like it has been installed once and activated.
Error message says,
"The provided email does not match the email in your Phese One
customer profile."
Therefore, please kindly follow the instruction below to unlock activation again.
1) Please access www.phaseone.com, click on "Log in" upper on the page.
