先日お伺いしたCapture Oneという添付ソフトの件ですが、一度インストールされ、アクティベートされているようです。
エラーメッセージは
「The provided email does not match the email in your Phese One
customer profile.」
というものです。
ですので、今一度、下記の要領で、アクティベーションを解除して下さい。
１）www.phaseone.com にアクセスし、ページ上段の「ログイン」をクリック

Regarding in the attached software named Capture One that I asked you the other day, it seems that the software has already been installed and activated.
Error message says "The provided email does not match the email in your Phase One
customer profile"
So, please cancel the activation again in the following process.
1) Access www.phaseone.com and click "Log in" at the upper part of the page.
