月額費用ですが１１月に２回購入してますが2回目は12月分として支払ったつもりです。
間違いかとは思いますが$300の費用を抜いた金額の$1274を振込で大丈夫でしょうか？

For the monthly fee, the monthly statement shows that I have purchased twice in November, but I thought the second time was for December's service fee.
I guess it is some kind of mistake, but is it alright if I transfer the total amount of $1274 (the fee of $300 is deducted)?
