We ask that you see if your bank will provide you the Authorization Number Code that they provided us when you first placed the order. The code is a 6-digit number. Your bank may need the date the order was placed and the amount of the purchase to locate this number.

Please note that the items in your order are not being held for you while your order is still in processing status.

Once we have accomplished this verification, we will not have to do so again in the future for this credit card.
