私は、箱を開封する時、手で、開けました。

しかし、この商品を日本へ送る時に、転送会社で1度開封されています。
その時に傷が付けられたかも知れません。

そちらに、問い合わせてみます。

質問ですが、この様な傷は、修理できるのでしょうか？

The item may have been damaged then.
