ユーザーの方から『音声メッセージ、音声スタンプの音が聞こえない！！』という問い合わせをいただきましたので音声の聞き方についてのご案内です。

◆音声メッセージ、音声スタンプを聞く際の注意点は下記の通りです。

①端末のマナーモードを解除してください。
マナーモードの際は外へ音がでないようになっております。マナーモードでもヘッドフォンをお使いいただければ聞くことができます。

②端末の音量をあげてください。
