先日のメールで、壊れたオルゴールに対して＄39.59の返金をしてくださるということでしたが、カード会社の１１月分の請求書を確認したところ、「ＣＡＲＴＥＲ Ｓ－ＯＫＢＧ ＯＮ ８００－８４２－４４５３ 」で日本円で７５４３円がさらに引き落とされており、返金はされておりません。確認の上、至急返金処理をお願いいたします。

In the previous mail that you sent me the other day, you said you were going to refund $39.59 for the broken music box. However when I checked November invoice from credit card company, it stated that "CARTER S-OKBG ON 800-842-44533", 7,543JPY was additionally withdrawn, yet I found no refund made. Please urgently check it at your side and process refund.
