先日のメールで、壊れたオルゴールに対して＄39.59の返金をしてくださるということでしたが、カード会社の１１月分の請求書を確認したところ、「ＣＡＲＴＥＲ Ｓ－ＯＫＢＧ ＯＮ ８００－８４２－４４５３ 」で日本円で７５４３円がさらに引き落とされており、返金はされておりません。確認の上、至急返金処理をお願いいたします。

In the email the other day about the broken music box, it said you would make a refund of $39.59, but when I checked with the card company on November's invoice, 7543 yen more was withdrawn for "CARTER S-OKBG ON 800-842-4453" and there was no refund.
