送料は、発送したときに、私がきちんと払いました。
日本からイギリスに発送しましたので、送料とは別に、おそらく、関税を請求されたのだと思います。
関税は、世界中共通で、受け取り側が支払う事になっていてどうしようもありません。

2～3日程、おまちください。必ず返信します。

I sent the goods from Japan to England, maybe you have to pay the custom exceptmy postage fee.
But the receiver have to pay the custom on your country, that is the common in any countirys. Please allow the rule if you have to pay that.
