送料は、発送したときに、私がきちんと払いました。
日本からイギリスに発送しましたので、送料とは別に、おそらく、関税を請求されたのだと思います。
関税は、世界中共通で、受け取り側が支払う事になっていてどうしようもありません。
詳しい事はこちらから、運送会社に問い合わせてみますので、
2～3日程、おまちください。必ず返信します。

As I send it to England from Japan, I suppose you are asked to pay the custom duty.
The custom duty is what the reciever has to pay and I can do nothing for you.
