This code is auto-generated when you create a new "Tabbed project" in xcode.

Anyway I am very interested to work in this app, I want to revise the app details with you to give you an appropriate discount.

It contain 3tabs (Home, Settings, Email) and the map screen.

*Home: 3 buttons and a big textField, I do not know what text is in this textField!
*Settings: 3 textFields to enter the addresses of places
*Email: Email screen
*Map: map screen to show the route

In your description in the last section "Things that are lacking", there are 8 points, are these points problems with current code you shared with me, I am sure they are not, as the current code is the an empty templete. So which project is lacking these points.
