まず初めに、私たちの会社が明白にさせておかなければならないことがあります。
それは
・全てのスタッフの休みの日は『マネージャーが不公平無くランダムに選ぶ』こと。
もちろん『ランダム』と言っても『この日だけは用事で休みたい』みたいな要望は受け付ける。しかし、全員が土日を休むのならば、土日のサービスの供給は出来る訳がない。その点を詳しく説明しなかったことは私の責任ですが、今誤解は解いておきたかった。

もし、絶対に土日を休む。という意思の方は、今回のオファーは無かった事にしたい。

Firstly there are some things that our company must make clear.
These are

- All the staffs' holidays are "chosen randomly and fairly by the manager".
Of course before "ramdom" selection requests such as "I need to take a day off due to my schedule" are accepted. However, we cannot provide weekend service if all the staffs take weekends off. I am to be blamed for not explaining that in detail, but I wanted to correct our misunderstanding.

If any of you insist to take days off on weekends, please disregard this offer.
