まず初めに、私たちの会社が明白にさせておかなければならないことがあります。
それは
・全てのスタッフの休みの日は『マネージャーが不公平無くランダムに選ぶ』こと。
もちろん『ランダム』と言っても『この日だけは用事で休みたい』みたいな要望は受け付ける。しかし、全員が土日を休むのならば、土日のサービスの供給は出来る訳がない。その点を詳しく説明しなかったことは私の責任ですが、今誤解は解いておきたかった。

もし、絶対に土日を休む。という意思の方は、今回のオファーは無かった事にしたい。

First, there are things our company must be clear about.

Which is
・Holidays for all our staff 『must be chosen randomly without unfairness by the manager』.
Of course although being 『random』, requests such as 『I want to have this day off for reasons』are still considered.
However, if all staff rests on the weekends, no such service could be provided on those days.
It is my responsibility that I have not described that part in details, but I wanted to solve any misunderstanding now.

If there are people definitely willing to take saturdays and sundays off, please forget about this offer.
