商品に問題はありませんが、あの商品はフロリダから日本に配送される予定でした。
ですが、日本へ輸入禁止商品でしたので、フロリダの転送会社から配送できないと言われています。申し訳ありませんが、送り返しますので、返金手続きしていただけませんか？

I don't have a problem with the item but I was planning to have it shipped to Japan from Florida.
However, I was told by the Florida forwarding company that they can't send it since it's not allowed to be imported to Japan. I'm sorry but I'm going to return it to you so could we go through the refund procedures for it?
