更新料担当者殿：

更新料の請求書を2通受け取りました。案件123の5年目の更新料と、案件456の3年目の更新料の請求書です。しかし、この2件は既に更新がされている筈です。御社への支払い（送金）も3月に終わっています。1月に御社から送付いただきました請求書と、3月に送付されてきました領収書を添付しますので、ご確認ください。ご確認の上、状況を折り返しご連絡ください。御社からなんらかのご回答をもらわない限り、こちらでは何の対応もいたしませんので、ご了承ください。よろしくお願い致します

To Whom it May Concern with regards to renewal fees:

I received two renewal fee invoices. They are the invoices for a fifth year renewal fee for case 123 and a third year renewal fee for case 456. However, these two fees should have already been paid. I finished paying (by money transfer) in March. I have attached the invoice I received from your company in January and the formal receipt sent in March so please take a look at them. Please contact me after you have verified them. Please be aware that I will not contact you in anyway if I do not receive some sort of reply from you. Thank you very much.
