The picture is a field in Hokkaido. The red-light district is the site being considered for construction of a solar power plant. There are many plans from other companies in Hokkaido and some think that large-scale development is not good; that it will ruin the scenery. These sorts of people generally also oppose nuclear power very strongly. They think first of what should be done and what can be done, and then execute them anyway. After this starts the "regeneration of Japan."

To me the absolute best victory is
being able to live just as I am
and being able to accept the faults of both others and my own.
