I want to be the sole distributor of your goods so for that reason I want to enter into a contract with you.
I would like it if you would present to me any contract details or terms that you have.

We are setting up an office in the capital of Japan, Tokyo.
In Japan climbing gyms are concentrated in Tokyo and there's a great number of customers that can visit the gyms.
From now on we will approach approach climbing gyms in provincial towns as well.
