それで今までに税関で止められて、問題になったことは一度もありません。

ただのタイヤです。骨董品です。

あなたがそのアイテムを今まで大事に保管していたことに心より感謝いたします。
しかし、それは以前日本で作られたものです。

I've been buying lots of Japanese military items from America and so far they haven't been stopped by customs and there hasn't been a single problem.
Not to mention your items aren't small arms, just tires. They're antiques.
What's so wrong about this?
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for having taken such good care of these items.
However, they were made long ago in Japan so I would like that they come back home.
And, also, my wish isn't that you send them directly to me in Japan. I just want you to send them within the US.
