モデル・タレント契約書


モデル　　　　　　　（以下「甲」という。）と、Tokyo Cinderella Project（以下「TCP」という。）とは、甲の芸能活動を効率的に遂行するために、甲がTCPに対して、甲の国内外芸能活動、契約条件交渉、広告・宣伝等の芸能活動全般に関してのマネジメント業務を委託することについて、次のとおり契約を締結する。
