モデル・タレント契約書


モデル　　　　　　　（以下「甲」という。）と、Tokyo Cinderella Project（以下「TCP」という。）とは、甲の芸能活動を効率的に遂行するために、甲がTCPに対して、甲の国内外芸能活動、契約条件交渉、広告・宣伝等の芸能活動全般に関してのマネジメント業務を委託することについて、次のとおり契約を締結する。

契約期間：2012年4月22日より3年間

Written Agreement for Model and Talent

Model, who is called "First Party" and Tokyo Cinderella Project, who is called "TCP", sign a contract like the following: in order that First Party can engage in show business effectively, in regard with her delegation of managing tasks on the overall activities such as domestic and international show business, negotiation of contract conditions, advertising and so on.
Your Contract will be for a period of three years from April 22, 2012.
